Sam’s father was killed in a hit-and-run accident. His mother abandoned Sam and his brother, and the grand-parents took them in. The grand-parents both were in poor health, however, and were unable to care for Sam and his brother. Sam is a welcome addition to our home. He is smart and honest, responsible and loving. He is a diligent student, and has always done well in his studies, especially in math.
