Bill’s mother left after divorcing his father, who later died in an auto accident. Bill was living with his grandpa who had no stable source of income when he was recommended to our home. Bill displayed apathy and depression at first, but gradually became more involved in school activities. He has become passionate about basketball and hopes to turn pro when he grows up.
