Ricky lost both of his parents when he was four years old. He went to live with his widowed grandmother who was too weak to earn money for food. They subsisted on occasional charity and were extremely impoverished. Ricky was not well-behaved when he first came to our home, but has developed into a polite, well-behaved boy who is respectful to his teachers and well-accepted by all the other students.
