John’s parents were both killed in an auto accident in 2004. He went to live with his uncle’s family, but the uncle had three children of his own, and had difficulty supporting an additional child. John is a very intelligent boy who has had consistently good grades. He needed some help with his attitude, however, and has shown good progress in that area.
