Kim was an abandoned baby who was brought home by a woman her father had bought to be his wife. Her father died from liver cancer when she was ten years old. None of his relatives wanted her, so she was sold to a man who had a terrible temper and who beat her. Kim arrived at our home in May of 2004. She is an outgoing, active girl who is very thankful to be here and to feel she is part of a real family. Kim is an outstanding student.
