Ben was abandoned at a hospital when he was 5 years of age. At that time, he had paralysis of both legs and was unable to stand. He was taken to a government orphanage where he gained the ability to stand and walk slowly. He arrived at our home at the age of 13. At first, he hated his parents for abandoning him, but since then his heart has been changed. He has forgiven them and is thankful for his new life here. Ben has a great curiosity for how things work. He has a creative talent for building things.
