Project Orphan Blessing

Living Hope International was founded more than ten years ago.  Along with our sister organization, Living Hope Adoption Agency, we have been involved in seeing that the people of China, especially the orphaned children, are getting to know about the love we have for them. 

Living Hope Adoption Agency has worked to place more than eight hundred orphaned Chinese children with loving parents here in the US. 

Living Hope International currently operates four orphanages in China to provide homes and hope for many children.

While these two organizations have changed many lives, the United Nations estimates that there are twenty million orphans in China's orphanages, streets, and rural areas.  We are in a unique position to impact China through helping to meet some of the needs of these orphans with the help of people here in the US - people like you.

We are launching Project Orphan Blessing - a project we have been working on for two years, with the help of many adoptive families and friends of Living Hope International.  The project involves providing an Orphan Care Package to as many orphaned children as possible in the Heilongjiang Province of eastern China by Chinese New Year in 2009.  This package contains basic necessities - toothbrush, toothpaste, socks, school supplies, etc. - that are packed in a reusable plastic box.  These boxes are filled by caring individuals here in the US, collected, shipped, and distributed under the oversight of Living Hope International.
