Halle Grace's Birthday Box

This year for Halle Grace's 3rd birthday (2/24/08), we decided to do a Living Hope International donation box instead of gifts for Halle Grace (she did have a "few" gifts to open). We had a party and people brought donations for Living Hope International. Donations totaled $252.00.

Through this adoption journey some have said that Halle Grace was lucky that we adopted her and would show her a life that she most likely would not have seen. While there is truth in that, we believe that it is we who are blessed that she was chosen for us. God clearly connected a red thread stretching thousands of miles between Halle Grace and our family." She has stolen all of our hearts and brought so much joy into our lives." When we consider how far she has come since we brought her home 2 years ago, we stand amazed. .

We hope that this $252.00 can help "make the difference in the life of a child in China". Thank you Living Hope for helping make a difference in our daughter's life.

Meet Mac Huber, a young man with a big Heart!          Mac decided to share his birthday with children in need. He donated the money he received, and sent it to Living Hope International for our orphans, along with his picture and this letter.
